 The Mom – Daughter True Love Waits Guide helps you as a mom communicate with your daughter about this important topic with a written guide and a recorded audio guide. The written guide outlines for you a story of one teen girl’s commitment to stay sexually pure and another’s disappointment of not doing so, as well as True Love Waits Scriptures from God’s Word and the True Love Waits Pledge along with a place for your daughter to sign this pledge. The audio guide is a live recording of Christian author & speaker Alyssa Avant’s story of what True Love Waits means, given live to a group of teenagers. Allow your daughter to listen to this live recording as it will open the lines of communication for the two of you to begin talking about True Love Waits, then you can read through the guide, Scriptures and the Commitment together. Give her time to ask questions, pray together and ultimately it is our hope that she will not only sign the commitment to remain sexually pure until marriage, but that she will also make this genuine commitment in her heart. |
