I too am a Carrie Underwood fan, and recently went to her concert where she, after noticing all the young girls within the audience, told these young girls that the words in her song was not how they should live their life, that they were just words in a song. I felt very uneasy as she sang this song while my daughter listened and didn't know whether to tap her foot to the melody or not. She actually has a couple of songs out, one on each Cd, that I have strong conviction to not allow my 12 year old daughter to listen to. I pray for Ms. Underwood to follow her roots and not allow herself to be swayed by those who may be leading her to produce these songs that embrace such an impure lifestyle. I believe if she follows her own heart she would be an excellent role model for our young girls to look up to.
